The 30-year-old has posted the ‘final’ snap of her torso before she gives birth which come after a series of posts chronicling her barely-there bump.

The stunning model is set to give birth to a baby boy later this month but you can hardly tell judging by her selfie shots.

Fans have applauded her toned figure while critics have claimed she is unhealthily thin for a pregnant woman and could be doing damage to her unborn child.

Rather than hiding her growing bump under maternity clothes, Sarah has decided to show off her changing figure.

She charted the changes to her body over the months on her Instagram account by posing in gym wear and revealing lingerie.

The model, who is a certified gym bunny, loves to keep toned and she hasn’t let being pregnant stop her staying in shape.

Pregnant Sarah, who lives in Los Angeles, even continued to model while pregnant happily posing in bra and knickers for a shoot.

The model, who has Costa Rican and European heritage, has appeared on bill boards and magazine pages across the US, had her baby shower earlier this week .
