Geri Halliwell looked the picture of happiness as she was seen in her wedding dress for the first time. The former Spice Girl tied the knot to F1 team boss Christian Horner today in front of her close friends and family in Woburn, Bedfordshire. The 42-year-old opted for a white lace dress designed by Phillipa Lepley, a couture wedding dress designer based in Chelsea.Snapped as she stepped inside with her daughter Bluebell by her side, the star’s gown was reminiscent of Kate Middleton’s with lace sleeves and a long train.

With her hair down, the star was beaming under her veil, and carried a bouquet of pink flowers. Geri’s bridesmaids were dressed in Nicki ­Macfarlane designs, who also made bridesmaids’ dresses for William and Kate. Geri’s daughter Bluebell is believed to have worn one of them as she walked her mum down the aisle.

The star walked down the aisle at St Mary’s church in the village which was adorned with gorgeous pink and white floral bouquets.She arrived in a traditional horse and carriage with beautiful white horses, fit for a princess.Geri and Christian got engaged last year. It is her first marriage, despite two previous engagements.
